Kim has worked in the pharmaceutical and aesthetic industries for the past 25 years. She has launched 19 new products in the dermatology and aesthetic marketplace. During this time Kim won multiple awards, including the Premier Award, Platinum Club Awards, Presidents Club Awards and Leadership Awards.

A true Florida native, Kim was born in Miami.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Business Management and a minor in Marketing at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton.

During family time, Kim volunteers as a soccer coach for her son’s soccer team.  Kim’s family is very athletic, enjoying many outdoor activities.

Kim has been successful in helping her clients build their respective businesses.  Kim’s expertise in the aesthetic industry has made her a valuable partner to many of her customers. She is looking forward to successfully launching Pavise in the Florida and Puerto Rico markets.
